Return Policy

Thank you for choosing P23 Health for your test kits, consultations, memberships, and, skincare needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our valued customers. However, there are certain exceptions and non-returnable items to our return policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our products and services. Please review the following policy carefully:

  1. Skincare Items:
    • Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • Unopened and unused skincare items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval.
  2. Test Kits:
    • Test kits, are non-returnable  due to the risk of contamination and compromised accuracy.
    • Unopened and unused test kits may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval. *see exceptions.
  3. Consultations:
    • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
    • In the event of dissatisfaction with the consultation service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will strive to address them to your satisfaction.
  4. Memberships:
    • Membership fees are non-refundable except in the case of duplicate charges or billing errors.
    • Requests for membership cancellation or refunds must be made within 30 days of initial purchase.


  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Shipping Errors: If you receive the wrong item due to a shipping error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will promptly correct the mistake.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or report a defective/damaged item, please contact our customer service team at accounts@p23labs.com
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
  • Please allow 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
