When you order our STI Test Kit, we will send everything you need to get tested, all in a discrete package and with results available via our confidential portal within in 48 hours. P23 Health provides a complete 14 Panel Home STI Test Kit that includes all the conditions listed below, OR they can be purchased separately as individual items. It is up to you!

 

  • CHLAMYDIA (genital, throat, rectal) 3 separate tests, must order 1 for each site
  • GONORRHEA (genital, throat, rectal) 3 separate tests, must order 1 for each site
  • *HIV I & II (please note, this requires a blood sample)
  • HERPES SIMPLEX 2
  • SYPHILIS
  • TRICHOMONIASIS
  • MYCOPLASMA GENITALIUM
  • UREAPLASMA UREALTYCULUM
  • UTI Organisms
  • Bacterial Vaginosis
  • HPV (optional add-on for women 30 years of age and older)

 

To collect the sample needed for each condition listed above, you will need to provide a urine sample using our collection kit (for men) or vaginal swab kit (for women). For those interested in HIV testing, kindly provide a blood sample with our at-home blood drop collection kit (uses finger prick). 

 

There is nothing to worry about because we provide everything you need to collect the required sample and easy to follow instructions. 

 

Finally, we also provide you a postage paid return box to mail your samples back to us at the lab. It’s that easy!
