At P23, our molecular diagnostics laboratory specializes in helping you get tested without having to visit a doctor’s office, with your results available via a confidential online portal in just 24-48 hours.

 There’s no need for embarrassment with these discreet testing kits delivered straight to your door. 

 You can choose to order a complete 14-panel home STI test kit, or you can buy each as an individual item. These are the conditions we offer testing for:

  • Chlamydia (genital, throat, rectal) 3 separate tests, must order 1 for each site
  • Gonorrhea (genital, throat, rectal) 3 separate tests, must order 1 for each site
  • HIV I & II
  • Herpes simplex 2
  • Syphilis
  • Trichomoniasis
  • Mycoplasma genitalium
  • Ureaplasma urealtyculum 
  • UTI organisms
  • Bacterial vaginosis
  • HPV (optional add-on for women over 30 years of age)

If you opt for the full panel test, you’ll need to provide a urine sample (men) or a vaginal swab (women). 

For HIV, you’ll need to provide us with a blood sample using the home blood drop collection kit we provide you. 

Every test comes with easy-to-follow instructions, so you won’t need to worry about getting it wrong. 

Once you complete everything, just place each sample into the postage-paid return box and send it back to our molecular testing labs.
